Belfast Van Hire Companies
Capital of Northern Ireland and the largest city or town in the Ulster province, Belfast is also the home of the Northern Ireland Assembly. It's located on the north-eastern coast of Northern Ireland, at the mouth of the River Lagan and in the middle of County Antrim.

Belfast's location at the foot of the Belfast Lough made it an ideal shipbuilding location, and over the decades many famous ships have been launched from the city's shipyards - perhaps most famously the Titanic, which was built by Harland and Wolff in 1912.
Today, shipbuilding has taken second place and Belfast is home to a more diverse range of commercial and industrial enterprises, as well as attracting many thousands of visitors every year. Attractions include Belfast Cathedral, the Parliament Buildings at Stormont (seat of the Northern Ireland Assembly), Belfast Castle and the Belfast City Hall. Tours can be taken around most of these locations, although some must be pre-booked.
The city has a number of more light-hearted attractions, too! A tour of Aunt Sandra's Candy Factory makes a perfect way to while away an hour and samples some traditional favourites, while the Belfast Crystal Factory allows an insight into lead crystal making - a technique the Irish (with firms such as Waterford Crystal) have long excelled at.
Anyone of a horticultural bent should be sure to pay a visit to Belfast's Botanic Gardens - and tours can be arranged on request around the Garden's two tropical plant houses, the Palm House and Tropical Ravine. Access to the city from elsewhere in Ireland or mainland UK is easy by air - the city has two airports of its own; the George Best Belfast City Airport and Belfast-International-Airport.
