Colwyn Bay is a seaside resort on the north coast of Wales. Located in the county borough of Conwy, it falls into the county of Clwyd.

Colwyn Bay is near to Llandudno and is surprisingly well connected to the England's north west and West Midlands. Road connections are principally via the A55, which leads to Chester and the M53 and M56.
