Woking's long history started in 673AD, and the Surrey town also appears in the Domesday Book of 1086 as Wochinges.

Today, Woking is a thriving commuter town approximately 25 miles south-west of London's Charing Cross Station - making it an excellent base for London commuting. Road connections are also excellent, with easy access to the M3, A3 and M25.

Nearby Camberley and Guildford are also home to several hi-tech employers and Woking itself is home to more than 60,000 people.
