Sixt are the only major company we know of in your area that will let you take vans overseas.

They do have a location quite near to you, in the port area of Southampton on the Milbrook Industrial Estate:

U Drive Ltd, First Avenue, Millbrook Ind Est, Southampton SO15 0LG

(Although it’s a U Drive branch, it’s also a Sixt franchise).

I’ve checked and at present they have both short and long wheelbase Transit vans available for the period you specify. If you can return the van before 0900 on Monday 3rd, you can also benefit from weekend rates.

There’s a place on the booking form to specify that you will be taking the van abroad - you need to arrange this at least one week in advance.
